Start by selecting either Ready-Made House Plans or Custom Home Design.

If you choose a ready-made plan, you can browse our available designs and select the one that best matches your requirements.

For a custom project, complete our project enquiry and tell us about the home or building you would like us to design.

Tell Us About Your Project

For custom designs, we collect the information needed to understand your project. This may include your preferred number of bedrooms and bathrooms, building size, number of floors, desired spaces, architectural style, property dimensions, site information, special requirements, inspiration images, sketches, and other relevant details.

The more we understand about your needs, the better we can develop a design that works for you.

Proposal & Payment

Once the scope of the project is understood, you will receive information outlining the design service, applicable fees, payment requirements, and what is included.

Before making payment and commencing a project, clients will be provided with the applicable Terms of Service and Project Conditions for review and acceptance.

Work begins once the required initial payment and project information have been received.

Design Begins

Our design team develops your project based on the information and requirements you provided.

For custom projects, the initial design establishes the overall layout, organization of spaces, architectural direction, and other major elements of the proposed building.

Review Your Design

You will be able to review the design during designated review stages and provide feedback.

Your project package will specify the number of revisions or review rounds included in the agreed design fee. This allows us to refine the design while keeping the project moving efficiently.

Changes beyond the included review allowance, or significant changes to the original project requirements, may require an additional design fee.

Track Your Project

Where available through your Planitale client account, you will be able to follow the progress of your project through clearly identified stages such as:

Project Received → Design in Progress → Client Review → Revision → Final Review → Drawings in Preparation → Completed

This provides a simple way to know where your project stands throughout the design process.

Final Drawings

Once the design has been approved and all applicable project requirements have been completed, the final drawing package is prepared.

The exact drawings provided will depend on the service or package purchased.

For projects intended for submission in Guyana, drawing packages can be prepared to include the principal architectural information generally required for the relevant approval process, including floor plans, elevations and site information as applicable.

Additional drawings, details, printing, modifications, or specialized professional services may be provided or arranged where required and will be identified separately when they fall outside the selected package.

Your Project Is Ready

Once completed, your final documents will be made available in the agreed format.
